ASTRO / DISCOVERY LEARNING
ASTRO is a fun and engaging educational tool to facilitate children’s continual application of skills and values beyond classroom lessons. Children will experience the wonders of discovery learning as they interact with their everyday environment through 3 unique learning phases:

Recalling newly acquired knowledge from classroom lessons

APPLY
Drawing relationships between daily surroundings/experiences

REFLECT
Sharing new found experiences with peers to reinforce key lesson themes weekly
ASTRO aims to facilitate continuous and contextualized learning among children via a connected system where learning is extended into a child’s week.
This project was done in collaboration with AMKFSC Community Services to design for children from economically and socially vulnerable families.
